My professional commitment is to be as ethical and compassionate as my father, a banker of 40 years and a mentor to me for as long as I can remember. There was much to learn growing up and watching him work in the banking industry, and the most important lessons were in the experiences of how he worked with his clients to provide the best possible experience for them. I strive to carry forward this tradition in my own real estate work.

Dalene has over thirty years of real estate experience, spread across Florida and competitive territories in Boston, Dallas and Kansas City. Before moving to Florida, Dalene was a partner in a real estate company in the Kansas City area, where in addition to selling homes she also helped train over fifty real estate agents. She moved to Florida in 2014 and obtained her Florida Broker's license in 2018. She recently joined Royal Shell as a Broker Associate.

Dalene has enjoyed volunteering and mentoring throughout her lifetime. Alongside her real estate work, Dalene served as a Fundraiser for several political candidates and Co-Chair Fundraiser for many schools. Dalene has been extremely active in the communities in which she's lived, has served on many outreach programs that focuses on helping young adults.

In her free time, she partakes in playing tennis, working on her golf game, boating, reading, traveling (especially visiting her three young grandchildren) and playing with her new Goldendoodle puppy.
